General Information
The Master Degree Course in Oenological Sciences is designed to prepare graduates expert of interactions between grape variety and terroir and to develop sustainable winemaking processes for producing and promoting high-quality wines.
The educational program is aimed at providing graduates with advanced skills in the design and management of viticultural plants and oenological establishments by guaranteeing the environmental sustainability of the process. This interdisciplinary program incorporates cutting-edge research, practical activities, and technical visits as integral components of all courses. It comprises a total of 120 ECTS credits distributed over two years. The study plan also includes credits to internship and experimental thesis in the most advanced and critical topics related to grape and wine fields.
Admission Requirements
The program has a limited enrollment. The number of admitted students and the admission procedure are defined annually in the relative call for admission to the course. To apply for the admission test, it is necessary to possess the knowledge of the basic and characterizing disciplines of the three-year degree courses of classes L-25, L-26, L-27, L-2 and L-13 or equivalent. The call for admission and enrolment regulation is published on the University website (www.unina.it) as well as on the website of the Department of Agricultural Sciences (www.agraria.unina.it).
